Refund & Cancellation Terms

This policy applies to confirmed delivery orders, recurring supply orders and invoice payments accepted by Sri Vijaya Durga Milk Agency.

Important: There is no return and replacement policy for perishable products. Refunds are only considered for cancellations before order confirmation. Please review our refund policy details below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be processed only for orders that are cancelled before confirmation
  • Cancelled orders approved by Sri Vijaya Durga Milk Agency for refund review

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders that are already confirmed
  • Products already consumed
  • Complaints raised long after delivery
  • Wrong address or customer unavailability at delivery time

Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds may be processed through bill adjustment or the original payment method depending on the case. Eligible refund adjustments are normally handled within 5 to 7 working days after review and approval.

Cancellations

Customers should request cancellation before the order is confirmed. Once an order is confirmed, refund processing will not be available. Same-day delivery requests that have already been packed, dispatched or delivered may not be eligible for cancellation.
