Delivery & Shipment Policy

This Shipment Policy applies to all orders placed with Sri Vijaya Durga Milk Agency through PhonePe Payment Gateway and direct billing systems.

Order Confirmation

Orders will be considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization through PhonePe or approved cash billing confirmation from Sri Vijaya Durga Milk Agency.

Important:
Once the order is confirmed, shipment processing starts immediately.

Shipment & Delivery Timeline

Sri Vijaya Durga Milk Agency supplies milk, curd and dairy products through fast local delivery services.

  • Confirmed orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation
  • Shipment and delivery are normally completed within 15 minutes from the time of order confirmation
  • Delivery timing may slightly vary based on location, traffic conditions, weather or product availability
  • Customers should ensure availability at the delivery address during the delivery time

Delivery Coverage

Deliveries are available only in selected service areas operated by Sri Vijaya Durga Milk Agency. Orders placed outside the delivery zone may be rejected or cancelled.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable during delivery
  • Phone not reachable during delivery confirmation
  • Restricted or inaccessible delivery location

In such situations, re-delivery may not be guaranteed and refund requests may not be approved.

Cancellation Policy

Customers must request cancellation before the order is confirmed. Once the order is confirmed and shipment processing begins, cancellation may not be possible due to the perishable nature of dairy products.
